Haley Sanders

President and Founder

Haley began her career by making coffee and answering phones at her father’s office. Her father, Steve Hansen, founded Steve Hansen & Associates; a retirement planning company. After graduating from the Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado in 2006, Haley became Steve’s apprentice. Haley has greatly expanded her roles and is now the President of Altitude Wealth Management, LLC., a Registered Investment Advisor in the State of Colorado.

Haley has a passion for seeing her clients achieve their financial goals and aims to give them peace of mind with regard to their financial future. Haley is a Colorado native with her husband Jonathan and their two beautiful children, Jaxson and Alexa. Haley is a Colorado native and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, serving the community and spending quality time with her family.


Jonathan Sanders

Team Member

Jonathan brings the personality, friendliness and motivation to the Altitude Wealth Management team. He loves people and has a passion for seeing clients achieve their financial goals. Jonathan specializes in the income planning portion of retirement planning. Jonathan started his career in the financial planning world about 14 years ago. He left for a couple of years to help develop his mother and step-father’s company into a multi-million dollar company. He has since rejoined the Altitude Wealth Management team to pursue his true passion of working with people to create their retirement plans.

From Jonathan, “I love each of our clients like my own family. I like to take the state-of-mind that I am planning for my sister, brother, mom or dad so that each piece of the plan is what is best for every client.” Jonathan is a Colorado native. He loves the outdoors and love spending time with Haley, Jaxson and Alexa.

Rachael is an Investment Advisor Representative for Altitude Wealth Management, LCC a Registered Investment Advisor in the State of Colorado. Rachael takes the time to understand what matters the most to her clients: their priorities and the financial picture they’re working towards. She builds financial plans with clarity and intention to help clients progress toward their financial goals. From investment strategy to income planning her goal is to simplify the complexities and give her clients a clear path forward. Outside of her professional life, Rachael enjoys an active lifestyle with her two children and husband.

Keith joined Gradient Investments in 2018 and has more than 30 years of industry experience. Prior roles include senior portfolio manager for a large institutional asset management firm, managing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. Keith is a CFA® charter holder, and has been featured in media outlets such as CNBC, Bloomberg, Investor’s Business Daily, Nasdaq and Reuters.  

TYLER ELLEGARD, CFA®

Tyler is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Gradient Investments, where he focuses on portfolio management, asset allocation, and investment research across multiple asset classes. He provides market insight and portfolio strategy to support client investment decisions. Tyler is a CFA® charterholder and has been featured in media outlets including Schwab Network, Reuters, and The Wall Street Journal.

 

This endorsement of Gradient Investments, LLC, (GI) and its portfolio management services is provided by the firm. The firm refers clients to GI for portfolio management services. GI does not pay separate compensation to the firm in relation to its endorsement or any promotional services. However, the firm receives a portion of the advisory fees paid by clients who utilize the portfolio management services of GI. The firm also shares in the revenue of GI via quarterly payments based on the amount of total assets the firm places with GI. This endorsement incentivizes the firm in increasing the assets placed with GI, and therefore the compensation received by the firm.
